Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
3+ years of Property and Casualty Carrier underwriting experience
5+ years of P&C middle market broker-facing underwriting experience
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with business partners
Strong technical knowledge and decision-making skills
