Job Summary

A company is looking for an Underwriter to manage underwriting and closing pipelines while minimizing risk and maximizing loan recovery.

Key Responsibilities

• Support efficient management of underwriting and closing pipelines for timely loan reviews and approvals
• Analyze comparable sales data to determine accurate property valuations
• Mitigate risks by developing comprehensive analyses of project risks and reviewing borrower-related documentation
