Job Summary

A company is looking for an Underwriter.

Key Responsibilities

• Review loan files for compliance with regulations and validate data used by automated underwriting systems
• Perform comprehensive reviews of appraisal reports and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Analyze credit, income, and asset documentation to identify inconsistencies and ensure loan eligibility

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma; college degree preferred
• 3-5 years of recent underwriting experience required
• Wholesale underwriting experience is a plus
• Must have a minimum of 5 years of frontline underwriting experience
• Ability to work remotely with necessary technology and internet access
