Job Summary

Analyzing homeowner applications and property information, the remote Underwriter will make investment eligibility recommendations and collaborate with Sales and Processing teams to ensure accurate and timely reviews.

Key responsibilities

• Review homeowner applications quickly and accurately in collaboration with Sales and Processing teams
• Evaluate applicant and property information against underwriting criteria and confirm application completeness
• Analyze appraisal reports for accuracy and compliance, assessing market trends and property conditions

Required qualifications

• Prior underwriting experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in business, finance, or a related field
• Strong judgment with the ability to make recommendations based on established guidelines
• Proficiency in managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in real estate and fintech
