Job Summary

A company is looking for an Underwriter.

Key Responsibilities:

Underwrite and review complex purchase and refinance transactions for multiple clients
Analyze personal and business tax returns for high-net worth individuals
Ensure loans are underwritten in accordance with established guidelines and regulations

Qualifications:

7+ years of underwriting experience
Full understanding of recent FNMA/FHLMC underwriting guidelines
Thorough knowledge of federal and state laws pertaining to the mortgage banking industry
Expert knowledge of AUS systems (DU/DO/LPA)
Government underwriting experience desired (FHA, VA, USDA)
