Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center - Underwriter Associate CL - I.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls and service tasks related to policy documents, billing inquiries, renewals, claims, cancellations, and reinstatements
• Communicate with insureds, agents, and underwriters to confirm policy renewals, provide updates, and address coverage questions
• Process account setups, cancellations, and claims while maintaining documentation and tracking of all servicing tasks

Required Qualifications

• Basic customer service experience and/or insurance experience
• Prior call center or high-volume customer service experience is a plus
• No licensing required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with agency management systems
• Ability to operate standard office equipment
