Underwriter, Executive Risks

Job Summary

To support the Executive Risks underwriting team, the fully remote Associate Risk Engineer (Underwriter) will manage underwriting decisions, build broker and client relationships, and develop strategies for profitable business growth across financial lines products including D&O, EPL, Fiduciary, and Crime coverage.

Key responsibilities

• Examine and evaluate management liability exposures, making underwriting decisions within assigned authority
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and clients, serving as the main point of contact for assigned accounts
• Develop and execute strategies to generate profitable business growth and identify new business opportunities

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of specialty underwriting experience in Executive Risks preferred
• Bachelor's Degree preferred, along with professional designations such as CIC and CPCU
• Strong sales, communication, and marketing skills, with a proven ability to manage high volumes of work
