Job Summary

A company is looking for an Underwriter (Blue Incentive).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a large book of business with up to 100,000 members and associated premiums
• Analyze underwriting risk and determine premium rates for various groups
• Collaborate with Sales to develop competitive proposals and assist in training staff on underwriting practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
• 3+ years of experience in a related field, or 5+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
• Strong foundation in risk assessment and financial analysis
• Experience in underwriting and knowledge of market dynamics
• Technical expertise to make recommendations on benefit and funding plan designs
