Job Summary

A company is looking for an Underwriter - Scenario.

Key Responsibilities

• Review loan scenarios and provide lending solutions to Sales partners and clients
• Analyze borrower's credit profile, collateral, and capacity to repay proposed mortgage obligations
• Maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers while prioritizing work to meet service level agreements

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of residential loan underwriting experience
• High school diploma required; college diploma preferred
• Strong processing background preferable
• Knowledgeable with MS Office
• Ability to make risk-based lending decisions supported by relevant data and research
