Key Responsibilities

Collect, review, and analyze merchant applicant data to determine suitability
Assess risk levels and security requirements for merchant account approval
Communicate with external agents regarding merchant applications and respond to internal requests

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
2-5 years of experience in the payment industry
Proficiency in Microsoft products, especially Excel
Experience with TSYS, First Data, or similar merchant processing applications
Ability to analyze and interpret data to enhance business operations
