Underwriting Analytics Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Underwriting Analytics Analyst will execute data analysis to support case valuation and operational decisions, utilizing SQL and analytics tools to enhance reporting and model outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Write and optimize SQL queries for case valuation modeling and reporting automation
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to support underwriting and operational leaders
• Analyze case outcomes and portfolio performance to identify trends and generate insights

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in business analytics, data operations, or a related quantitative field
• Strong SQL skills with the ability to write and troubleshoot complex queries
• Proficiency in Excel, including PowerPivot/DAX; exposure to Python or R is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• High commitment to data integrity and accuracy
