Job Summary

A company is looking for an Underwriting Assistant - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide pre-quote transaction support by validating data and verifying documentation
• Complete post-bind transactions including policy drafting, premium booking, and processing endorsements
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve processes

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma and 3+ years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of insurance processes, preferably in surplus lines
• Solid computer skills including proficiency in Word and Excel
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
• Motivated with a positive outlook and a service-oriented mentality
