Underwriting Assistant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Underwriting Assistant (Allied Health).

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process policies and endorsements for issuance according to Underwriters' instructions
• Assist in the review of new and renewal submissions to ensure they meet underwriting criteria
• Follow up for responses to quotes for both new and renewal business and manage documentation requests

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma required
• Bachelor's Degree or 1-3 years equivalent work experience preferred
• General knowledge of property and casualty insurance operations preferred
