A company is looking for an Underwriting Assistant - Transportation and Specialty Auto.

Key Responsibilities

• Validate data entry and verify documentation for underwriting transactions
• Draft, verify, and issue policy documents, manage post-bind transactions, and process endorsements
• Collaborate with departments to resolve policy questions and participate in process improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• College degree preferred
• Working knowledge of Auto Insurance rate and rule application
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and internet-based technology
• Excellent math and data analysis skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
