Underwriting Assistant - Construction

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Underwriting Assistant - Construction SDI.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform underwriting support activities for managing all underwriting transactions, compliance rules, and documentation
• Provide accurate rating support for new business submissions and renewals, including producing quotes and issuing policies
• Collaborate with internal and external contacts to ensure high service levels and meet client expectations

Required Qualifications

• A bachelor's or technical degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred
• At least one year of insurance industry experience is preferred
• Knowledge of insurance policy forms and regulatory requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and ImageRight
• One year of insurance product line experience is preferred
