Job Summary

A company is looking for a Middle Market - MM UA Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead underwriting support teams and partner with field UW leaders to drive growth and profit initiatives
• Oversee the implementation of new processes and workflows within a multi-line commercial underwriting environment
• Collaborate on strategic projects and ensure alignment of underwriting support with business priorities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 8-10 years of relevant work experience within the Insurance Industry
• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing or leading teams
• Ability to effectively coach and develop talent
• Experience in driving accountability and improving service processes
