Underwriting Automation Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Underwriting Intelligent Automation Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with team members to maximize impact on systems and automation
• Partner with leadership to champion process improvements while maintaining mortality expectations
• Lead the development, testing, and implementation of new AI tools and predictive models

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 10+ years of relevant work experience in Life Underwriting
• Experience leading special projects, including underwriting automation systems
• Strong understanding of life insurance products, underwriting processes, and regulatory environment
• Experience or continuing education related to machine learning and artificial intelligence is preferred
