Job Summary

A company is looking for an Underwriting Case Manager to support producers and underwriting staff in managing submitted applications through the new business process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support for product/process inquiries, acting as a relationship manager
  • Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of applications, including premium handling
  • Manage multiple tasks under pressure, facilitating the workflow of complex cases for customers
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in customer service or case-based work with multiple concurrent items
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
  • Proven multitasking skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Access to a high-speed internet connection and ability to work remotely from the U.S. or Puerto Rico
