Job Summary

Supporting producers and underwriting staff, the full-time remote Underwriting Case Manager will ensure the seamless navigation of submitted applications through the new business process by gathering necessary documentation and managing service expectations.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by providing product/process support and addressing inquiries from internal and external customers
  • Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of applications, including premium handling, for specific products
  • Manage multiple concurrent tasks and facilitate the workflow of complex cases while meeting deadlines
Required qualifications
  • Experience in customer service or case-based work with the ability to manage multiple items simultaneously
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with customers through effective communication
  • Strong drive for results and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing customer needs
  • Access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico
