Key Responsibilities

• Consult with sales and service partners to provide suitable products and plan options for customers
• Evaluate and select risk to ensure profitable acquisition and retention of cases
• Conduct risk assessments to meet business guidelines and contribute to policy development

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant business experience
• Proficiency at Senior Underwriter level
• Mastery of product provisions, plan designs, and pricing
• Strong understanding of sales/distribution processes and market trends
• Mentoring and coaching skills
