A company is looking for an Underwriting Consultant for the West Region.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze health benefit plan characteristics and assess risks related to client losses
• Evaluate and recommend pricing options and plan design changes based on economic analysis
• Prepare financial modeling for reserve and budget calculations, ensuring alignment with client strategies

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare underwriting or managing financials for a defined book of business
• 1+ years of experience in Risk Management
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to understand and calculate revenue, expense, risk, and profit
