Job Summary

Providing high-level administrative and operational support to the Assistant Vice President of Underwriting, the full-time remote Underwriting Coordinator will streamline processes, manage critical reporting, and ensure effective communication across underwriting teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support and maintain professionalism while handling sensitive information
  • Monitor and analyze the Application Workflow Report, sharing insights and recommendations with underwriting leadership
  • Prepare monthly financial and operational reports and manage assigned projects to support departmental initiatives
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Five or more years of progressively responsible administrative or office support experience required
  • Experience in an insurance environment, such as an agency office or property and casualty carrier, is highly desired
