Job Summary

A company is looking for an Underwriting Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound calls from policyholders and agents, providing assistance with underwriting processes and inquiries
  • Review submissions and make underwriting decisions while ensuring compliance with guidelines
  • Collaborate with agents and other departments to address customer needs and improve service delivery
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Bilingual skills are a plus
  • Florida 4-40/2-20 Property and Casualty General Lines License is a plus
  • Familiarity with insurance forms, procedures, and regulations is required
