Required Qualifications

• Experience in commercial insurance underwriting, ideally in a leadership capacity
• Experience managing or mentoring underwriters and leading a small team
• Background in a high-growth or technology-driven insurance environment
• Strong operational mindset with a track record of improving underwriting processes
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and data teams
