Underwriting Operations Team Lead

Job Summary

Managing a team of underwriting support professionals, the full-time remote Underwriting Service Operations Team Lead will oversee service delivery, performance management, and process improvements within the Construction Excess & Multinational underwriting unit.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee Underwriting Service Operations teams to ensure production levels and service quality meet established standards
• Maintain communication with management and business units to ensure customer feedback is integrated into operations
• Lead efforts to enhance operational efficiency and manage staffing, training, and quality assurance programs

Required qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in an operations management role
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Strong leadership skills and knowledge of insurance coverages
• Experience with LEAN management systems and process improvement
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
