Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Underwriting Risk Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the underwriting audit process according to company guidelines
• Oversee the contestable claim process and provide consultation to the claims department
• Trend mortality and morbidity experience and manage the Medical Information Bureau self-audit

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field or equivalent professional experience
• Ten years of relevant underwriting experience with a direct company or reinsurer
• Advanced knowledge of medical and financial underwriting
• Completion of industry-related training or educational courses (LOMA, ALU, etc.)
• Management or supervisory experience
