Job Summary

Ensuring exceptional account service delivery, the full-time remote Underwriting Service Specialist will manage policy issuance, documentation, and underwriting transactions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet service level agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Issue policies and endorsements, and document and set up files
• Process various underwriting transactions and requests, including correspondence with brokers
• Prepare and update reports, and handle booking and invoicing tasks

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in the same or related field preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
