Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Underwriting Service Specialist will ensure account service delivery meets customer expectations by managing policy issuance, documentation, and underwriting transactions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Issue policies and endorsements while managing file documentation and set-up
• Process various underwriting transactions and requests, including booking and invoicing
• Collaborate with underwriters and corporate resources to analyze information and handle issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in a related field preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
