Underwriting Service Specialist

Job Summary

Collaborating with underwriters and corporate resources, the full-time remote Underwriting Service Specialist will manage account service delivery, analyze information, and handle various underwriting transactions to exceed customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Issue policies and endorsements while ensuring accurate file documentation and set-up
• Review account information for data entry and prepare/update necessary reports
• Process underwriting transactions and correspond with brokers as needed

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 2+ years of Underwriting Assistant experience within commercial P&C (Auto, GL, WC)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Detail-oriented and customer-focused
• Collaborative and team-oriented mindset
