Underwriting Service Specialist

Job Summary

Utilizing customer service skills and established processes, the full-time remote Underwriting Service Specialist will analyze information, issue policies and endorsements, and collaborate with underwriters and global teams to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.

Key responsibilities

• Issue policies and endorsements while ensuring proper file documentation and setup
• Review account information for data entry and process various underwriting transactions and requests
• Collaborate with brokers and prepare reports as needed to support underwriting activities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 2+ years of Underwriting Assistant experience within commercial Property & Casualty
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Detail-oriented and customer-focused
• Collaborative and team-oriented mindset
