Job Summary

A company is looking for an Underwriting Specialist to evaluate and manage individual risk decisions across multiple lines of insurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain understanding of rules and rates for personal insurance lines
• Identify and prevent fraud opportunities
• Analyze and develop product, price, and risk management based on market knowledge

Required Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience preferred
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of formal education
• Understanding of individual risk management policies and rate plans
• Experience in customer service related to billing and policy inquiries
• Ability to assist in training and communication within teams
