Job Summary

A company is looking for an Underwriting Specialist to produce accurate and timely rates for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the quote process and evaluate technical aspects to generate accurate rates
• Apply underwriting risk rules, evaluate classifications, and generate rates within service standards
• Collaborate with Underwriters and partners to ensure data accuracy and timely delivery

Required Qualifications

• 2-to-4-year college degree preferred or related industry experience
• Experience in customer interactions and ability to communicate effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Ability to handle high volumes of work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
