Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team, the full-time Supervisor Group Services will manage the Evidence of Insurability (EOI) Underwriting Team remotely, driving operational excellence while fostering team growth and accountability.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily workflows and performance metrics, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and industry regulations
• Make informed decisions by assessing risk and reviewing complex cases, escalating issues as necessary
• Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, policyholders, brokers, and external partners to achieve business goals

Required qualifications

• Proven experience leading teams in a metrics-driven environment
• Background in insurance with knowledge of underwriting processes and risk management
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on collaboration
• Ability to work remotely with access to high-speed internet in the United States or Puerto Rico
