Job Summary

A company is looking for an Underwriting Support Professional I.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and apply training to issue commercial lines policies, quotes, endorsements, and related transactions
• Manage varied workloads and tasks while meeting or exceeding targets and deadlines
• Provide phone support to agents, policyholders, and third parties as part of a queue

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
• Insurance industry experience required
• General customer service experience preferred
• Participation in continuing education throughout the career is expected
• General office environment experience preferred
