Underwriting Support Supervisor

Job Summary

Supervising a team of underwriting support staff, the full-time Underwriting Support Supervisor will manage workflow processes, ensure service levels, and provide support for producers in a hybrid or remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assigns workload and monitors staff performance to maximize productivity and quality in support of Underwriters
• Oversees daily operations of underwriting support staff, including performance management and training development
• Implements quality control procedures and identifies trends to enhance workflow efficiency and staff skills

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience is required
• 2+ years of experience in Underwriting Support
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred
