Job Summary
A company is looking for an Underwriting Technical Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
- Process policy-related transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Review and verify policy applications, endorsements, and cancellations, inputting data into systems
- Handle inquiries from policyholders and agents, providing timely information on policy matters
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree preferred, with a focus on business or technology-related fields being a plus
- 1 - 3 years of experience in an office environment, preferably in insurance
- Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office Excel and Word; SQL knowledge is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt in a fast-paced environment
