Job Summary
A company is looking for an Underwriting Technical Assistant-1.
Key Responsibilities
- Process policy-related transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist with underwriting tasks, including risk assessment and premium calculation
- Communicate with management, underwriters, and brokers to ensure accurate processing
Required Qualifications and Education
- BA/BS degree preferred; business or technology-related degree is a plus
- 1 - 3 years of experience in an office environment, preferably in insurance
- Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office Excel and Word
- SQL knowledge is a plus
- Experience with core business systems and applications preferred
