Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Oversight - Underwriting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement underwriting workflows, SOPs, SLAs, checklists, and QC measures for efficient loan underwriting
• Enhance Underwriting Systems to ensure smooth file flow, compliance, and efficiency
• Oversee operations with fulfillment partners to ensure consistent loan delivery and quality control

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in underwriting and managing diverse loan types
• Proven track record in developing underwriting workflows, SOPs, SLAs, and QC measures
• Experience in managing decentralized underwriting teams
• Experience with strategic 3rd party fulfillment partners
• Experience in a fintech environment is preferred
