Job Summary
A company is looking for an Underwriting Technician for National Accounts Casualty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing new and renewal insurance applications accurately and timely
- Communicating with agencies on routine matters and assisting underwriters
- Data entry of insurance applications, issuing policies, and processing cancellations
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience; some college preferred
- Minimum three years of related work experience in an office environment
- Knowledge of policy processing procedures and documentation
- Knowledge of applicable insurance products
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business-related software
