Underwriting Training Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Underwriting Training and Development Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain internal training programs for the General Casualty product
• Facilitate training sessions and assist in onboarding new hires
• Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements within the Underwriting team

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a training or instructional role or general/technical underwriting
• Strong project management and scheduling skills
• Experience with diverse learning technologies, including LMS and e-learning platforms
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving technology and organizational objectives
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage trainees and collaborate with subject matter experts
