Unemployment Claims Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Unemployment Claims Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and respond to claim-related documents within state-mandated time limits
• Coordinate communication with clients and state agencies to ensure accurate information for unemployment decisions
• Create and maintain logs of actions taken on claims in the case management system

Required Qualifications

• 2 Year associate's degree preferred or two years of customer service-related experience and/or training
• Previous office experience with an emphasis on organization and independent job functions preferred
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
