UniData Software Engineer
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the UniData Software Engineer will support the full software development lifecycle, focusing on the UniData database environment and MultiValue Pick BASIC programming to develop and maintain applications while collaborating with other engineers in an Agile environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop technical software solutions, including software architecture, based on customer requirements
- Write and perform testing aligned with agreed-upon methodologies and assist in identifying and fixing bugs
- Document application aspects for future upgrades and leverage AI-assisted tools to enhance productivity and innovation
Required qualifications
- AS or BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related area preferred, or equivalent education and experience
- 3-5 years of experience as a Software Engineer or Software Developer
- Knowledge of DesignBais and experience with AI tools within the UniData ecosystem
- Familiarity with the PrismHR application and experience developing and integrating APIs
- Experience working with EDI file formats
