Unified Collaboration Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance user adoption and training for Microsoft 365 workloads, the full-time salaried Unified Collaboration Engineer will create and deliver various training content, including webinars and workshops, while serving as a technical resource for collaboration tools in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement user training programs and materials for Microsoft 365 applications
• Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 services, ensuring alignment with security and compliance standards
• Lead migrations from legacy systems to Microsoft 365, managing tenant configuration and data migration

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Minimum of five years of IT experience with extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 applications training/support
• At least 2 years of instructional design experience in a technical space
• Strong understanding of Active Directory and Azure AD technologies
