Unified Communications Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Unified Communications Architect to design and implement enterprise unified communications solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and design secure, scalable unified communications solutions across the enterprise
• Implement and optimize VoIP, SIP, video conferencing, and collaboration tools
• Define UC technical standards, policies, and best practices while collaborating with stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience in unified communications architecture/systems design
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• Proven expertise in unified communications systems design, VoIP, SIP, and QoS for UC
• Experience with video conferencing and collaboration platforms (e.g., Teams, Zoom)
• Must be eligible to obtain DHS Suitability clearance
