Unified Communications Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telephony Engineer to support a telephony infrastructure modernization project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the migration of telephony systems from legacy platforms to Microsoft Teams voice and Five9s across 125 sites
• Support a user base of 5,000 people, ensuring a seamless transition with minimal disruption
• Configure and manage AudioCodes and other telephony-related tasks while overseeing the migration process

Required Qualifications:

• Extensive experience with legacy telephony systems, including Nortel, Avaya, Cisco, and Siemens
• Proven track record of successful Five9s migration projects
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams voice and related technologies
• Proficiency in configuring and managing AudioCodes and routing
• Familiarity with Informacast for overhead paging systems
