Unified Communications Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Unified Communications Engineer to support and modernize an enterprise communications environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support, administer, and maintain enterprise UC platforms, including Zoom Phone and Zoom Contact Center (CCaaS)
• Assist with the transition from legacy telephony platforms to Zoom, ensuring platform stability during migration
• Configure and manage call flows, routing, IVRs, user provisioning, and integrations

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience supporting Zoom Phone in an enterprise environment
• Experience administering Zoom Contact Center / Zoom CCaaS
• Strong understanding of telephony fundamentals, including SIP, call routing, IVRs, and QoS
• Experience supporting cloud-based UC platforms
