Job Summary

To support the deployment of contact center solutions, the full-time Unified Communications Call Center Engineer will configure, develop, and optimize NICE CXone systems, focusing on scripting and call flow design in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Configure and support NICE CXone contact center solutions, ensuring efficient call routing and system performance
  • Develop and implement IVR and ACD call flows using CXone Studio scripting
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into effective technical solutions
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree in a relevant field is desirable
  • 4+ years of experience with contact center technologies, preferably NICE CXone
  • Hands-on experience with CXone Studio scripting for IVR and ACD systems
  • Strong understanding of call routing, telephony concepts, and contact center operations
  • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical issues effectively
