Unified Communications Engineer

Job Summary

To support healthcare communications, the full-time Unified Communications Engineer will manage the operation, configuration, and reliability of cloud telephony platforms, including RingCentral and Microsoft Teams Phone, while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain cloud unified communications platforms, managing user accounts and configurations
• Configure and support contact center platforms, including dialing campaigns and call handling logic
• Ensure compliance with TCPA, FDCPA, and HIPAA regulations across all voice systems and call flows

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on administration of enterprise voice or contact center telephony platforms
• Experience administering Microsoft Teams Phone and RingCentral or a comparable UCaaS platform
• Demonstrated experience designing and programming IVR call flows
• Familiarity with regulatory obligations governing outbound calling and consumer contact
• Experience integrating telephony platforms during mergers or acquisitions
