Unified Communications Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Unified Communications Engineer, the ideal candidate will manage customer onboarding and deployment for Microsoft Teams Phone, Zoom Phone, and Webex Calling, while serving as a subject matter expert and technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead customer onboarding and deployment engagements for UC platforms
• Troubleshoot complex voice and integration issues while collaborating with internal teams
• Act as a technical escalation point, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and outcomes

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Teams Phone, Zoom Phone, or Webex Calling
• Deep expertise in at least one major UC platform
• Experience in customer implementations, migrations, and technical consulting
• Familiarity with compliance call recording and cloud communications integrations
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
