Union Payroll Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Union Paymaster.

Key Responsibilities

• Process union payrolls accurately and compliantly within stated processing timelines/SLAs
• Synthesize and correctly apply information from complex collective bargaining agreements to payroll calculations
• Build strong working relationships with internal partners to resolve issues quickly and contribute to continuous improvement efforts

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in a multi-union payroll environment
• Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply union rules in a production payroll context
• Extensive knowledge of entertainment union contracts preferred
• Experience operating in a scaling operations environment with evolving tools and processes preferred
• History of improving documentation standards and operational workflows preferred
